These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Party Rentify software platform, the website located at Party Rentify.com, and all related services, tools, and features (“Services”) provided by Party Rentify (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By registering for an account, requesting a demo, accessing our platform, or using any part of our services, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. This agreement is legally binding between you and Party Rentify.

If you are using our platform on behalf of a company or other business entity, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on that entity’s behalf.

Description of Services

Party Rentify is a cloud-based management platform built for party and event rental businesses. Our software provides tools to help rental teams run their operations more efficiently, including the following core features:

1. Bookings Management: Organize customer reservations, event details, timelines, and order updates from one central dashboard
2. Rental Inventory Management: Track bounce houses, tents, tables, chairs, linens, balloon decor, soft play equipment, and other rental items
3. Availability Calendar: View bookings, reserved inventory, delivery dates, and open time slots in one place
4. Customer Management: Store client information, contracts, booking history, and communication records
5. Payments and Invoicing: Track invoices, process online payments, and manage transaction records
6. Route-Optimized Deliveries: Plan and coordinate deliveries and pickups with organized routing tools
7. Reporting and Analytics: Review booking activity, revenue summaries, and overall business performance
8. Custom Setup Requests: Allow customers to submit setup preferences and event-specific instructions during the booking process
9. Website Themes: Build and customize a professional rental website using ready-made layouts
10. AI Writing Tool: Generate captions, blog posts, emails, advertisements, and website content to support your marketing

We also offer Growth Services for rental businesses, covering SEO, Digital Marketing, Website Design, Social Media Management, and Paid Advertising campaigns.

Account Registration

To access the full features of Party Rentify, you will need to create an account by submitting accurate and complete information. When you register, you agree to the following:

1. Provide truthful, accurate, and current details throughout the registration process
2. Keep your login credentials, including your username and password, secure and confidential
3. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account
4. Accept full responsibility for all activity that takes place under your account
5. Refrain from sharing account access with anyone who is not authorized to use it
6. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use our platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you satisfy this requirement.

Please be aware: Party Rentify cannot be held responsible for losses or damages that result from unauthorized access to your account caused by a failure to keep your credentials secure.

Permitted Use

1. You may use Party Rentify only for lawful business purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

3. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from our platform without written permission from us

4. Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the platform

6. Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful software

7. Harassing, threatening, or causing harm to other users or our staff

8. Interfering with or disrupting the platform’s servers, infrastructure, or services

9. Reselling, sublicensing, or transferring your account access to any other party

10. Storing or transmitting content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others

Breaching any of these conditions may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

Subscription and Payments

1. Party Rentify is available on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our platform, you agree to the following payment terms:

2. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring monthly or annual cycle, depending on the plan you selected at signup

3. All fees are quoted in USD and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing

4. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your nominated payment method on your chosen billing cycle

5. We may update our pricing from time to time and will provide reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers before any changes take effect

6. If a payment is unsuccessful, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the platform until the outstanding balance is settled

7. You are responsible for paying any taxes that apply to your subscription in your jurisdiction

8. Growth Services such as SEO, website design, and paid advertising may be quoted and billed separately and are subject to individual service agreements.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the close of your current billing period, and no refund will be issued for any unused time remaining in that period.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the Party Rentify platform, including but not limited to the software, code, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, website themes, and writing tools, are the property of Party Rentify and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own internal business operations during your active subscription period.

You retain full ownership of all data and content you add to the platform, such as your inventory details, customer records, and business information.

By entering this data into the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.

2. Any feedback or suggestions you share with us may be used to improve our platform and services, without any obligation or compensation to you

User Data and Privacy

Your use of Party Rentify is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

You are responsible for making sure that any personal data belonging to your customers or staff members that you enter into the platform is handled in accordance with the data protection laws that apply in your region. This includes obtaining any required consents from individuals before processing their data through our system.

In relation to your customers’ personal information, Party Rentify operates as a data processor. You remain the data controller and are accountable for how that data is collected, stored, and used.

Third-Party Services

Party Rentify may integrate with or provide links to third-party services, tools, or platforms such as payment processors, email providers, and mapping services. These integrations are governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of any third-party service

Your use of third-party services connected to our platform is entirely at your own risk

We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party products or services mentioned or linked from our platform

Disclaimers

Party Rentify provides its platform and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform or the results you may achieve from using it.

No Warranty: We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or security vulnerabilities. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or content within the platform.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply in your case.

Party Rentify does not guarantee specific business results, revenue growth, or increases in booking volume from using our platform or Growth Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Party Rentify and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our platform or services.

This covers losses including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, missed business opportunities, and other non-tangible losses, regardless of whether we had been informed that such damages were possible.

Our total liability to you for any claim connected to these Terms or our services will not exceed the total amount you have paid to Party Rentify in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may bring this agreement to an end at any time.

You may close your account through the platform settings or by contacting us at support@Party Rentify.com

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay your subscription fees

We may discontinue the platform or specific features with reasonable notice provided to users

Once your account is terminated, your right to access the platform ends immediately. You may request a copy of your data before closure. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business reasons after termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. If a dispute arises between you and Party Rentify, we ask that both parties first try to resolve it through direct, good-faith discussion before escalating the matter.

If a resolution cannot be reached through informal means, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration or handled by a court of competent jurisdiction, as determined by the laws that apply in your location.

You agree that any legal proceedings will take place on an individual basis and will not form part of a class action or collective claim.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date on this page and notify you by email or through an in-platform message where appropriate.

Continuing to use Party Rentify after updated Terms have been published means you have accepted the revised version. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and cancel your account.
